A 40-hour In Person Yin Yoga teacher training course, led by Yoga Alliance-accredited trainer Kara Herbert, Teacher at the Academy for Yoga Training.

This course will provide a solid foundation in yoga teaching, as well as an in-depth exploration of the principles of Hatha Yoga that will enable you to deepen your own yoga practice. The course is flexible, personalised and focused, uniquely created to enable you to learn alongside your fellow trainees in the comfort of our light and airy purpose built studio and within current social distancing guidelines.
