REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY - ACADEMY FOR YOGA TRAINING COURSE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit of £850 is required to secure each place. The remainder of the course must have been paid in two instalments by the start of the course. Arrangements can be made by contract to pay in x3 instalments.

Please note: Under NO Circumstances will there be refunds after the course has begun and prior to a month before commencement. No transfer of fees is available onto another course, due to the small, intimate group of trainees on the course. Once the course has started and the above T&C's have been agreed from the first deposit payment, the full balance must b paid for the remainder of the course. No responsibility is taken by the AFYT for your decision to remove yourself from the course, as a result of any personal circumstances or injuries or illnesses to yourself.

Practical or written assignment re-sits incur a £100 Administration Cost, these terms may change at the discretion of the Academy for Yoga Training. Please check at the time of agreeing your re-sit.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • Deposit and registration must be made to reserve your place on the Yoga Teacher Training.

  • If an applicant is accepted on to the Teacher Training, a £895 deposit sent on application automatically becomes non-refundable.

  • If an applicant is not accepted the deposit will be immediately refunded.

  • The second instalment of: £1000 is due two months prior to commencement of Teacher Training, no later than 1st November 2018. The final instalment of: £895 is due one month before training commences, no later than 1st December 2018.

  • When paying by prior consent in instalments, the total course fee is must be paid upon starting the course. This is still applicable if injury or illness manifests. This is not the responsibility of the AFYT to forfeit their fees.

  • Final payments can be completed via Bank transfer.

  • In the unlikely event that the Academy for Yoga Training cancels the course, we will refund 100% of your payment or offer an alternative placement.

  • A request to defer to another course with less than two months’ notice will incur a deferral fee of the deposit if not deferred outside of the less than one month notice period.

  • We are not to be held liable for any other expenses, such as reading list books, mats and equipment, hotels, travel or food.

  • The balance of the course fee must be paid in two further instalments, by the start of the course, as dates clearly state.

Refund Policy

  • Two months prior to the course start date 50% of the second instalment amount.

  • Less than two months prior to course start date 25% of the second instalment.

  • Less than one month prior to the course start date no refund.

Please note that with no less than two months notice we can defer you to another course start date.
