Restorative Yoga - what’s it all about?

What does Restorative Yoga mean and what makes this style of Yoga so special?

You will learn the fundamentals of Restorative Yoga – including the origins of this practice, as well as its specific benefits of each Restorative asana. There is a strong focus on anatomy and physiology in the early part of the course, before we move on to teaching methodology and the effective sequencing of a Restorative Yoga class.

This course is suitable for those who have already completed our 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training course, as well as students who would like to learn more about this increasingly popular style of yoga.

This course is taught by our Academy founder and Yoga Alliance Professionals registered Senior Yoga Teacher, Diane Lee.
